We are looking to add a Litigation Administrator to join our Legal Team! This is a hybrid role with 3 days onsite in our Corporate Irving office and 2 days remote. The Litigation Administrator investigates, researches, and consults legal team and senior management on cases in litigation. RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct complex investigations to include interviewing appropriate colleagues, reviewing claim files, researching applicable laws and regulations. Provide consultation to the legal team and management on case investigations. Prepare comprehensive, complex, and accurate reports for legal counsel and senior management. Presents reports and case status to legal counsel and senior management. Manages special projects, including researching, identifying, and comparing documentation from closed cases for current cases. Manages litigation support services, including records holds, discovery, technology, case management, subpoenas, and document management services. Manages BFS’s policy and procedures for responding to complaints and subpoenas. Analyze, organize, and compile information pertaining to trial to be entered into data system. Conduct document searches and research to support case and respond to discovery/subpoena requests. Work closely with attorneys for their case needs. Performs other duties as assigned. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This job has no supervisory responsibilities. REQUIREMENTS Bachelors degree, Associate’s or equivalent education. 3-5 years of experience within a law firm or in-house, with construction litigation and personal injury a plus. Experience with risk management information systems is preferred but not required. COMPETENCIES Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is a must. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret legal documents, government regulations, insurance documents, financial reports, and professional and technical journals. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to effectively present information to peers, supervisors, business locations, and legal vendors. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong project management and time management skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Advanced computer skills including Power Point and Excel. Confident in interacting with senior and executive management of the Company as well as persons outside of the Company.
