This is a senior role focused on managing complex litigation and bankruptcy matters and serving as a designated corporate witness. The position reports directly to Corporate Counsel and operates with a high degree of autonomy, including direct interaction with outside counsel and authority over routine litigation decisions. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience with large‑exposure litigation and workouts in financial services or equipment finance and is comfortable managing matters from escalation through resolution.
