If you’re excited about tech, love contracts, and are eager to be a trusted advisor in a dynamic company - we’d love to hear from you.What You’ll DoServe as a legal partner to the Sales team throughout the sales cycle, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating: customer agreements and licensing agreements, NDAs, Data Processing Agreements (DPAs);Draft, review, and negotiate agreements with vendors, suppliers, and service providers;Support HR and leadership with employment-related agreements, including offer letters and employment contracts;Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice to internal stakeholders;Collaborate with Finance, Marketing and Sales teams;Support privacy and data protection matters as needed.
