About Us:We are a lean and experienced legal team within a fast-paced global software company headquartered in Israel. We support a dynamic business focused on data management solutions, serving both SaaS and On-Prem customers.Role Overview:We are seeking a U.S.-qualified attorney with approximately 4–5 years of experience to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software licensing, commercial procurement, and contract negotiation, and will be expected to work independently with internal and external stakeholders, while closely collaborating with our Israel-based legal team and reporting to the General Counsel.Key Responsibilities:Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including SaaS, software licensing, reseller, partner, NDA, and procurement agreements.Provide legal support to U.S. sales, procurement, and business operations.Act as a point of contact for U.S. legal issues and coordinate with internal and external counsel where necessary.Advise on U.S. legal risks and ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.Support privacy, compliance, and employment matters (a plus).
