Our agency strives to create a healthy work environment and protect the rights of citizens who are part of the state's workforce. Through its five divisions, the department offers a wide range of services, including regulation of the state's workers' compensation system, enforcement of Montana's labor standards, licensing for professionals, and support for job seekers.
