PACE Equity is seeking an Associate General Counsel to support the company's legal, transactional, and strategic initiatives. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure to commercial real estate finance, construction lending, capital markets transactions, structured finance, and C-PACE financing. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated attorney with 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate, real estate finance, construction lending, or structured finance.
