This role is designed to provide meaningful hands-on commercial experience while supporting the Legal team’s operational efficiency in a fast-scaling environment. You will work closely with senior members of the Legal team and cross-functional partners across the business.This role reports to the Senior Legal Counsel.A day in the life and how you’ll make an impact:Assist in and, where appropriate, take ownership of the drafting, review, and negotiation of a wide range of commercial agreements, including SaaS agreements, licensing agreements, service agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs, and partnership agreements.Prepare first drafts and redlines for review by senior members of the Legal team and progressively take on greater ownership of defined agreement types.Support compliance initiatives related to contracts, privacy, and AI governance.Help manage and improve contract workflows and legal process efficiency.Assist with the creation, maintenance, and improvement of contract templates and playbooks.Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Procurement, Product, Operations, HR, R&D, and Finance to provide clear, practical legal guidance on day-to-day matters.Support the Legal team on corporate governance, compliance, and risk management initiatives.Conduct legal research on regulatory, privacy, and industry developments impacting UVeye.Support dispute prevention efforts by identifying risks early and escalating appropriately.Help develop and maintain internal policies, training materials, and best practices.Contribute to a practical, business-focused, and collaborative Legal team environment.
