OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our legal team as an Appointment and Calendar Manager. The ideal candidate has experience managing attorney calendars, scheduling client meetings, and coordinating appointments to ensure smooth operations. This role supports attorneys and case managers by efficiently organizing schedules, avoiding conflicts, and allowing legal staff to focus on case work and client service.By proactively managing appointments and coordinating schedules, this position saves valuable time for legal staff and ensures a seamless client experience.Key ResponsibilitiesSchedule and confirm client meetings, court dates, and internal team appointments.Sync calendars across platforms such as Google Calendar, Outlook, and legal case management systems.Send automated and manual reminders to clients, attorneys, and team members.Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and resolve double-bookings.Maintain accurate appointment records in platforms such as Clio or PracticePanther.Coordinate with clients, attorneys, and internal teams to confirm availability.Support legal events, meetings, and follow-ups with proper scheduling and communication.
